Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

Death threats with history

Someone from where I used to live. Has been harrasing me, via E-mail. At first it wasn't very serious, and I didn't think anything of it, I would reply to the E-mails. Now it has escalated to him making Death threats. He has apparently already killed someone, when he was 8. And found guilty of manslaughter. He says that he has access to firearms and explosives, and was suicidal for a time. Given his record, what legal action could I take, he is below the age of 18.

You should CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY. This is not a legal question but a question of your security.
