discharge of a subpeona

Ive been subpeonaed to appear in court for a dom. violence case by Spokane Dom Violence Team. I didnt see any violence. there was arguing and the ''Offender'' left the house. ''The victim'' called teh police aout of anger. I am about 2 go back 2 alaska where im a resident so i can see my husband thats leaving 4 iraq in couple of weeks. How do i submit my testimony or get excused from this and not be arrested?

Contact the defense attorney or, if you don't know who that is, the defendant. That way, they can arrange to take your deposition before you. They can schedule the trial around your husband's leave.
