too many dwis

i have 6 dwis 92,two in 94,99 2004 on probation for and now 2006 how many can they use against me and how much time if connvictid of my last one

You are correct that you have too many. They can use them all against you in so far as sentencing is discretionary on the part of the judge and he/she will review your whole history. Most courts I know will give you the maximum sentence of one year in jail and it sounds like you may even have time revoked off your probationary case as well. Assuming the cause of the DWI's is a serious alcohol/drug problem, the only way to avoid a lengthy jail sentence is as follows: you need to immediately hire an attorney to handle your criminal case while you check yourself into a long term, in-patient treatment program.
