Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

juveneile felony

iwas convicted of a class a felony when iwas 17. I am now 19 and my boyfriend is currently in prison. WIth DOC probation he cannot live with a felon for 1 to 2 years after he gets out. So does my juvenile record count when it comes to that?

Re: juveneile felony

It depends. Were you tried as an adult? If so, your boyfriend cannot live with you per DOC guidelines/requirements. The best place to get that answer is from DOC itself. Find out who the PO will be or what office and make a specific inquiry with them or the head of that office. Good Luck!
