how do i summit evidence to court before trial pertaining in discrediting a c.r.i informant when my court apt attorney quit when handed proof

You retain an attorney to present it for you. Alternatively, you could request the court to appoint a different public defender, but I suspect the problem here is not your prior attorney but rather it concerns your supposed "evidence". Good luck.
