Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

URGENT. By Monday Lawyer appointment. Best decision?

My hsbnd arrested 4 domestic violence 4th degree. His pretrial conference released/no contact order until July 25. Because of his health (bypass surgery, still lots problems, must be close to hospital by house, special diet, etc), I want no contact order dropped. I didnt called a police (he did), I was begging police do not arrest him because of his medical issue. He still needs a special care. I already asked prosecutor that I do NOT want no contact order. I really don't think no contact order is neccesary. I'm NOT afraid of him. He is NOT a violent man, I do NOT feel in danger with him at all. I want this order dropped for the benefit of my family. Since this happened, my husband health has become worst (increasing pills, kidney are failing, etc), and this is NOT safe for him. I want my husband be alive! doesn't my words count for something?! I want my husband come home, so we can be a family.I'm depressed over this. Anyway, my husband has a lawyer now. His lawyer spoke with a prosecutor already, but was told NO regarding him coming home asap even before July 25 since there is violent action twrds me. Lawyer wants me to sign paper that nothing happened. What should I do to stop this without lying that nothing happened?

Thnks
