my son has been arrested for .011 alchool in his test. he has chance to clean his name?? he isn' drive he was in a party..

That depends. Was your son driving? How old was he at the time? With such a low reading, you coul dget a good result but it will take an experienced attorney working on your son's behalf to make it happen. All of the facts have to be revealed and dealt with and this will take time and effort. Good luck!

He can clean his name. The easiest is right from the beginning. Get a plea bargain of continue without finding or, at a minimum, deferred sentence. If the case is done he'll need to wait a few years.
