Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

Ticket Falsification

I was pulled over on April 6th for a DUI/DWI. I was arrested and taken in. The arresting officer filled out my ticket but did not write my date and time for court. We had both already signed the ticket and when I went to court, the judge had a copy with the date and time on it. Her copy did not match my copy. Is it legal for information to be added to a ticket or citation after the fact?

Re: Ticket Falsification

The time and date of your arraignment is not required to be on the charging document (ticket). The fact that this information was added to the original is irrelevant.
