Legal Question in Elder Law in Washington
upcs, theft 3
i have no priors. told i was a level 3. disabled. i was ordered to ua's but did't make them because of my issues. i must get a misdemenor or will loose my housing oppurtunity. my only way out of abusive situation. can you advise me.

You have a right to counsel. In Pierce County contact Department of Assigned Counsel on Market Street. Talk to an attorney there about your options. If you need help getting out of an abusive situation, contact the Crystal Brame Family law center for help. They can help you.
