Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Child support

I was paying 623.00 a month in child support. My daughter turned 13 and I agreed along with my exwife that I would pay 823.00 a month. This amount was done without court approval. I have been doing this for a year now. I now want to reduce my support to 723.00 a month. Am i still libable legally to pay 823.00 a month still? Thank you.

Re: Child support

Child support is set according to the Child Support Guidelines and not by agreement. You are in a "no man's land" with this issue and you have to have a proper and correct calculation done by an attorney who does family law to know what your rights are in this regard.
