close case

My ex and I would no longer like to go through court system, is there way to close a case to where we don't have to file anything anymore or schedule court datesd. We currently have a file parenting plan.

Yes, you simply need to prepare the agreed final orders, and, depending in which county you live in, schedule a date with the court to present the orders, or simply show up in the exparte department on the day which you want the orders entered.
