Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
My divorce paper work shows that my ex-wife is for some of the bills. She has not paid any in almost a year. What can I do to make her pay.Judgments do nothing , she ignores them.

You could file a motion for contempt of court for willful failure to comply with the court's orders, and in so doing, seek jail time. That might get her attention. That said, the odds of actually getting her tossed in jail are small to none, but I've found it a particularly effective tool at getting a response from folks who ignore the court's orders.
