Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I was divorced 2 yrs ago. I have a dilemma

#! It was agreed I would pay 2200 a mo. x 22 mo or until remarriage. I paid the 49,000 all at once from a second mortgage from my home. It went directly to her about 18 mo ago. I have since heard that she remarried about a year after the divorce. how would I receive that money back for the months after she remarried.

#2 When she moved out She took her agreed on things as well as my agreed on things. I was remodeling the home and she took all of my tools, lumber, furniture, etc. I did not inflate the figure of 40,000. The judge stated he would rule on this later, I got him everything he needed to rule but he never did.

I now have to give her the last 100,000 in an IRA i owe her. Can I ask for a return of the alimony after marriage or for the judge to rule on this also before turning over the last chunk? I have nothing left.

I am unsure what the dilemma is. However, your situation(s) can be addressed by a court you should collect all your issues and make a motion to address all of them.
