Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

leave state with my child

After 2 years, I continue in a protracted custody battle in California. I want to come home to Seattle with my 4 yr old daughter. I have nobody here, out of money. My ex has family and lots of money. I have a little bit of fight left in me and a little cash. Can I go home to Seattle with my daughter and not have her taken away? I have family and a job in Seattle. Thank you

If he has a lot of money you can ask the court to have him pay your attorney fees.
