Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Legal binding document

My wife and I are separating.

Around May time frame she was

looking at houses and I agreed to

give her a certain amount of dollars a

month. I signed a paper saying so. I

meant this until she got on her feet

and finished school. Nothing

happened for a few months. Then

she took the kids and moved out.

Have I screwed myself. Once I

signed it, she would never give it

back.
