Passports

My husband is military and we are living outside the USA, bio dad of my child signed for a passport and it now needs to be renewed and he wont sign, what are my options? I have primary custody with visitation.

Your choices are to exercise the dispute resolution section of your plan or take the father back to court to get an order requiring him to cooperate.

This is the sort of stupid conflict that judges will happily award fees for.

You don't have to be here for this - you can sign an affidavit by fax and have an attorney present and argue the motion for you.
