can paternity be contested after 21 years. My ex husband doenst want to pay back child support and want to force my daughter to take a blood test. We were married when I gave birth and he has never wanted a paternity test until now

Assuming there was a child support order issued when you were divorced, he is too late to challenge back support. When were you divorced? There is a presumption that he is the father of any children born to you while you were married. If your daughter is 21, he has also waited too long to challenge paternity.
