Property Division

We have three cars. He has the only one with my name on it. Can I legally take the car without his permission?

The short answer is no, unless it considered seperate property, i.e., it was your vehicle prior to the marriage. If you purchased the vehicle during your marriage, it is considered community property even if its in your name only, and has to be divided by mutual agreement, or as ordered by the court.
