retirement benefits for divorced spouse

I've been married for 15years, now my military member wants a divorce.what benefits can I receive qhen they retire?

If you have been married for 10 years that overlap 10 years of creditable service you can have the federal government pay your share of any retirement awarded by the court directly to you. If you have less than 10 years of overlap, you may still have s share awarded, but you will have to make other arrangements to effect payments.
