Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Sad MoM

my son is presently going through a delinquency case with the courts in Ohio and I am in another state .. I am custodial parent and would like my child returned home to me safely, however, the distance has made it complicated as well as the false allegations of family members I have a RO on my sister and Mother and the courts placed my child with my sister, and because of the order I have against my sister I have NOT been able to talk to my child in 2months.. I have CUSTODY and have been told I am a fit and loving parent however somehow the system has taken my rights away because of a flaw in the system NOT because I am unfit or unwilling. My fundamental rights as well as my constitutional rights have been violated !!! I have a RO to protect me and my other children in which are here with me and because he is there and delinquent, rebellious and defiant I am NOT able to talk to him..explain that ? What are my legal rights???
