Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
My son will be 18 in october
my son's father has full custody. My son wants to live here in south carolina with his mother. In about 2 months he will be 18 yrs old. What are my options at this point.

The solution to your problem is simple, once your son turns 18 he ceases to be a minor and will be competent to make his own decisions under the law. Therefore, I would suggest that you wait 2 months, and then your son can move to live with you without the need for any court action.
