Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

uncontested divorce documents

I need to find out what forms I need to file for an uncontested divorce in washington state. Pierce county. There is one minor child involved and we have agreed on everything including child support and visitation. We have created a parenting plan as well. When I go to the website to print out the documents, it looks as though there is more needed. Can someone please let me know what forms (i.e Joinder, Financial Declaration) etc that I require?

Re: uncontested divorce documents

The documents you will need are the Summons, Petition (Respondent signs at Joinder section), Law Enforcement Information, Case Assignment Form (blanks available at the Clerk's Office), Proposed Parenting Plan (both sign), a Child Support Worksheet (both sign). At final presentation, you will want to bring a copy of the Petition with Respondent's signature on the Joinder section, Decree (with original signatures of both parties), Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law (with original signatures of both parties), Child Support Worksheet (with original signatures of both parties), an Order of Support (with original signatures of both parties), Final Parenting Plan (with original signatures of both parties).
