Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

Block Party, Alcohol and Liability

We are having a block party in Seattle with a city permit.

We are charging $20 per person for food, band and beer.

What are the legal implication for permitting paid guests to drink from this keg for the HOMEOWNER who's property the keg is on?

What if a drunk guest injures or kills someone with thier car on the way home? Is the homeowner with the keg on the thier property liable in anyway for the injury or death? If I had more words to use here, I'd be more specfic.

Thanks

Re: Block Party, Alcohol and Liability

Without needing more specifics, everyone will be safer if the homeowner contacts his/her premises liability carrier (homeowner's insurance) and gets a rider for the relevant time period.
