Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

Business Computer Training Institute (BCTI)

I recently discovered that a class action lawsuit existed against BCTI. I missed the deadline of October 8, 2007 to become part of the suit to get some of my money back. Is there anything that cane be done or what direction should I take. Since I didn't know about the class action lawsuit we can be sure many others didn't as well.

Contact the Plaintiff's lead counsel and ask their office. If you didn't know in time to opt out of the settlement, perhaps you can start your own separate class action.

Hope this helps, Elizabeth Powell

You should read closely the notice of the classaction suit. Likely you are already a class member as most notices give you the option of opting out and automatically keep you as a member if you do nothing.

Contact the plaintiff's attorney to find out the status of the case and any details of the settlement/judgment.
