False advertising in school

If a school district advertises a special alternative program and the program isn't what is advertised, can we sue for false advertising?

Probably not. But if the school fails to provide the education program they promised and a child is not being appropriately educated as guaranteed in the Washington constitution, you may have a different sort of claim.

Use avvo.com to look for attorneys who practice school law. This is what they do. It is a species of civil rights litigation and very specialized.
