Unless you appealed in a timely manner (30 days), you are up a creek. See Chapter 12.36 RCW for the appeal procedure at http://search.leg.wa.gov/wslrcw/RCW%20%2012%20%20TITLE/RCW%20%2012%20.%2036%20%20CHAPTER/RCW%20%2012%20.%2036%20%20chapter.htm.

In our society, we live by law, and the individual doesn't have the right to disregard it with impunity.
