Legal Question in Insurance Law in Washington

Insurance

I inquired about crop protection insurance for my orchard. The agent explained the rates and sent me an application. I told him a defenatley needed the insurance however I never filled out the applicatio or returned it. We had several phone calls discussing the insurance but again I never sent the applicatin. I was never sent a contract or a premium. I am now getting billed for the insurance. Am I obligated to pay

Re: Insurance

Dear Sir/Madam:

Based on your facts alone, you may not be obligated to pay, given that you simply inquired. Inquiry itself does not create an obligation.

However, if necessary, you may wish to contact an attorney.

Thank you.

Respectfully.
