Rental History

Is there any information that a Landlord cannot say when giving a rental History to another apartment complex/ rental property. If rent has been on time for over 18 months do they have a right to keep you form finding new housing or checking if you qualify for other housing or after Providing 20 day notice in a timely manner

If I were a Landlord I would provide dates of occupancy only. I'd say, "Mr. X was my tenant from December 2001 to December 2004" and I would stop right there.
