Doctor screwball

If a doctor does not tell a patient or prescribe a patient with a known drug that will stop a disease from progressing, is he liable, or at fault?

In general yes, but medical malpractice cases are much more complicated than that. You need to contact an attorney. I would be happy to talk with you even though I am in New Hampshire.

Basically, you need to prove that the doctor should have prescribed you with the medication given the symptoms that you presented with AND that the prescription would have made a difference in your treatment.
