Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Washington

I recently had jaw surgery to correct an over bite about a month and a half ago. There is complications that I am suffering with. My doctor dropped me stating that he doesn't treat chronic pain but the pain is a dirrect result from the surgery. I was pain free befor the surgery and now I am in pain ALL day and night.

The pain is in my chin and it is intense. I have to take several pain meds to cope with it. The doctor recently sent me $300.00 for no apparent reason(after he told my husband that he is letting me go because he doesn't treat chronis pain).

I'm not looking to get even but I can't live without something and someone to help me through this. I have tried to get another doctor but no one wants to treat this being that they were not involved with the surgery in the first place. Thank you Deborah
