Legal Question

Reentry from Marines to Navy as a single mother/divorced?

Hi, I have a question, I'm very interested in entering into the Navy prior Marine Corps..but I have a 6 years old daughter and going through a hasty divorce..who stationed in California..how are my chances..? also I have gotten NJP but I have Honorable discharge with RE-1A? Thanks
