Legal Question in Product Liability in Washington

Hair color made my hair fall out!
I recently colred my hair with a hair color I have frequently used. About a week later my hair started falling out. Now, I was previously a licensed hair dresser, so I know what I am doing, when it comes to hair color. At first, I thought maybe it was a medical thing. Maybe I was sick or something. After many test and research, I believe that it was the hair color I used. Can I sue this company? If so would it be worth it? The hair is falling out by the root, so it most likely won't grow back!

Save the bottle. Go to a hair expert and get a witness. Have her follow you over the next year.

Go to a doctor too, asp. Perhaps a dermatologist.
