can i and how do i go about homesteading? How much equity does it protect? Does it protect your home from possible liens?

Homestead Questions

Washington state allows a $30,000.00 homestead exemption. Information about homestead exemptions can be found in RCW 6.13.Usually, there is an automatic homestead exemption for owner-occupied property.
