Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

Won a judgment in a jury trial. But the attorny fees were cut from $75,000 requested to $54,000 awarded in the judgment. What is industry norm from hereon? Do I still pay the attorney for $75,000 or just pay $54,000 awarded? Or pay something in between?

I need to hear some honest opinion on this. This is my first experience with law suit. Thank you!
