Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Washington
sexual harrassment
our manager is a lesbian. Even after being told that I didn't want to hear the details of her bedroom romps, I'm being cornered and made to listen, like it or not. We will be fired if we try to go above her position to inform the owner. (according to her) . Personaly, I'm ready to puke. What can we do?

1. Keep a journal.
2. Continue to tell her that you are not interested in anyone's personal information (not just hers).
3. If she continues, inform the owner.
4. File a complaint with the Washington State Human Rights Commission
