Legal Question in Social Security Law in Washington

spousal benefits

My husband and I have not been together since 1994. We do not have a legal seperation and are not legally divorced. He does not pay child support and we have 4 children. We are still married and he receives social security disablity. Am I and my children entitled to receive money part of his benefits or our own since he and I are legally married? The money would help us out a lot since he has never payed child support and continues to skirt the system.
