Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
Do I need a driver's license? If I'm not driving for work or for any purpose other than to get where I'm going is a license REALLY necessary?

Everyone drives to get where they are going. And they all have licenses. If you drive at all you need a driver's license to avoid being cited or charged for license related offenses. You can get jailed. If you don't mind jail then a license isn't REALLY necessary.
