An 86 yr old mother with two dauthers and one autistic son

One favered daughter has been given power of attorny and is in the process of moving the mother so she can sell her home. She has also convinced the mother to change her will as the autistic son had eight pages in the will before and is now not even in the will now. the father passed away a few years ago and left everything to the mother which includes two homes one valued at aprox 200,000 plus some very valuble hearlooms could be worth up to 500,000.the one daugther has a joint accout with the mother and will funnel all the proceeds throught this account before the mother passes on leaving the others out is there anything that can be done now as the mother is still alive and in her mind thinks the one daugther will be fare which is not the case.

Thanks for your program I hope you can shed some light on this for me so I can help my freind

You should see a local attorney. There are too many issues to be addressed in this simple forum. Good luck.
