Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

Dad bought a house prior to marriage. Once married, he failed to put moms name on the deed. He passed away spring 09 without a WILL. How do I get moms name on the deed without involving a lawyer or at minimim cost? The house is paid off.

The estate will need to be probated.
