death of friends husband
My friends husband died. They were married for 13years. He left the house and all money to his daughter from previous marriage. She is an adult. Does my friend have any rights to the house and money? There is also a guitar collection.

It depends on whether the house and the money were community property or separate property. If it was community property, the answer is yes. If it was separate property, the answer is no.
