Do I need a new attorney?

My husband has been in jail for one week, we retained an attorney he has yet to speak with my husband. He has told me twice he would meet with him but has not. Is it time to find a new lawyer?

If you have to ask this question, the answer is probably yes. But the real question is-whether or not he is meeting with your husband-is he taking action in court to either try to get him out or get the charges dismissed or investigate the case to win the trial? You can call him and ask these questions.
