My cousin is divorced and her husband remarried. He has visitation rights and just got a job. He was ordered to pay the children's insurance. His wife threatened her. If she doesn't pay half $300 a month. They are taking her to court for full custody. (They have cancelled their last 3 visitation appointments) My cousin is afraid of them. Everytime things dont go in their favor the treats start until she gives in. What steps can she take to protectect herself from constant harrassment and court dates with them?

You cannot stop any person from availing legal remedy.

Comply the court order.

Against the harrassment comlpain to police and take criminal as well as civil action. It is advisable to consult attorney/lawyer
