Legal Question in Personal Injury in West Virginia

Should we seek legal help?

My husband son, daughter and a friend were burned by concrete while pouring a footer. The companies driver was the one who told them to get in it and walk it around that, that was the best way to get it to go around the footer. They all sustained 2nd degree burns of there lower legs. The insurance has already contacted us and want us to send medical reports. Is that what we need to do? please advise us, this whole situation has been such a tremendous burden on all of us. thank you

Re: Should we seek legal help?

The insurance carrier will not be able to settle with you until they have the medical records. I strongly advise you to seek legal help. If you want, you can call me at 800-547-8779.
