Legal Question in Product Liability in West Virginia

Penile Implant

My husband had a penile implant done about 3 yrs ago and it has malfunctioned. He had to have surgery a couple months ago to try to repair it and it has malfunctioned again, therefore he has to have surgery once again on 11/15/2005 to replace it. Our question is -------Is there anything we can do with the company on this matter.

The implant could be a defective product. A cause of action is available to recover damages. You should take all your information to a products liability or personal injury lawyer. Most law firms will consult and research at no cost to the victim. If retained the fees are based upon recovery, if there is no recovery, there is no fee, however the client remains responsible for costs such as expert consultation fees, filing fees, reporter fees and the like.
