Re: land contract

Dear Reader: If you had a Land Contract, signed by the Seller (Owner) and Purchaser (you), and there has been a violation of the terms of this Land Contract, you may well have an action (to file a lawsuit) agains the Seller for breach of contract, misrepresentation, intentional deception, and detrimental reliance, with appropriate compoensatory and punitive damages.

See an experienced real estate Attorney for assistance, ASAP. Do not delay!

Good luck.

Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio
