Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in West Virginia

Option to purchase property after Death

2001 my 84 year old aunt signed a contract with her neighbor for option to buy part of her property for less than 1/2 the price it was worth, Then in 2005 he wrote up a new corrected contract with 4 times the amount of property plus another house for same amount of money, this property is worth over a million dollars, the exector of the estate said that was ok and deeded the property to him, is there anything we can do about this. My Aunt had a stroke in 2005 before she signed the second contract. I asked the exector about this she does not want to talk about it, we are all very upset about this is there anything we can do.
