Can my Bank be in trouble for letting me use my debit card to play at online casinos?

The bank has its own issues with its regulators if it allows transactions to offshore online casinos. But, if you are looking to claim that the bank should have stopped you, you have a long and difficult road in holding them responsible for your losses and activity.
