I am not responding this way to be a jerk, I just cannot imagine what your question is.

If its about possessing LSD then the question is whether you possessed it? and whether they can prove it? Did they perform a legal search? If it was found after you were taken into custody, did they have probably cause to take you into custody?

Clarify your question a bit and maybe we could get you a good answer.

Were you in fact on LSD when you submitted this question? Normally, I just delete a question like this that looks as if the person was on drugs when he or she submitted it, but I'm going to publish this one as an example of the type of question that people out there should know will not get a valid answer. This certainly disproves the old theory that there is no such thing as a stupid question!
