Legal Question in Elder Law in Wisconsin

guardianship problem in Wi

i'm 1 of 6 kids-my father abused 3 of 4 girls BAD-even lending us to his friends-all 6 were beat & mentally abused.parents divor. 34yrs ago.we all assumed father was dead-no contact ever. the oldest brother found and befriended him but didn't tell any of us 5.He tried to take over as guardian-so was a neighbor.we 5 ( actually 4 - 1 sister is unreachable)need to find out what 2 do--we want NO ONE but the state to take control. there's an estate (a house, car, truck and some $) & this bro. wants it.he refusedto give the court info. on us-they gave him a ct. order to do this in10days.can we divide it all and still let state take guardianship?this is VERY painful to go thru; but in past bro. has been sneaky, lied, ripped us off,and other crappy stuff.if there's $ involved he'll want it.we (5) just want to divide whatever there is 6 WAYS.but as far as father we don't care where he goes.Dr. has said he has dementia and maybe alzheim. he is 77 and can't live on his own. is there something we can do-this goes to court this fri.4 of us live in Il this is in north Wi
