Re: At what age is it legal

Hello,

I hope things get better for you and your family. Age 11 is too young to be left alone. To stop it, you either have to involve the police, or bring a court action or both. With a court action, you would have to prove that daughter was left alone. I am not your lawyer, so I cannot counsel for sure on when, if, or how to do this for sure. Social services might eventually be concerned about it, if they are able to catch it at the right time.

Best wishes, Mark J. Mahoney
